LAMINATED SERIES PANELS

Panelite Laminated Series panels consist of pre-fabricated fibreglass facings laminated to a structural honeycomb core. At under 5 kg/m², they are the lightest weight honeycomb panel in the Panelite line, and their inherent stiffness allows for their installation without the need for additional structural support.

APPLICATIONS
Ideal for:

1. vertical walls,
2. sliding and pivoting doors.

CORE OPTIONS

1. Aluminium hexagonal
2. Aluminium over-expanded
3. Tubular polycarbonate honeycomb (in clear or orange)

COLOURS
The panels come in a choice of:
- clear fibreglass;
- blue fibreglass; or
- glass cloth laminate.

CAST POLYMER SERIES

Panelite Cast Polymer Series panels use the same honeycomb core technology as the Laminated Series panels, but instead of using pre-fabricated facings laminated to the honeycomb, facings are cast directly onto the cores.

This results in a slightly heavier panel (approx 12.2 kg/m²), with a much stronger core to facing bond, while maintaining an excellent strength to weight ratio.

APPLICATIONS
The characteristics of the Cast Polymer series make it ideal for a wide range of applications including

1. light load applications,
2. vertical walls
3. doors.

The Cast Poylmer Series panels offer the greatest design versatility of the Panelite range.

2. Woven grid polymer honeycomb

COLOURS
The panels come in a wide range of colours, including clear, blue, light blue, dark blue, red, dark red, magenta, orange and green.

Woven grid polymer resin core:         
1170 mm x 2440 mm; and 1170 mm x 3050 mm

Aluminium over-expanded core:        
1220 mm x 2440 mm; and 1220 mm x 3050 mm

PANEL THICKNESS
25 mm or 38 mm

CUSTOM OPTIONS
Cast Polymner Panels can also be curved during the manufacturing process to a radius of 150 mm or greater. Please talk to us further if you have specific requirements.
Integral 90º resin edges expose the honeycomb core while providing a strong, self sealed edge. Ask to see an example of this when visiting our showroom.
