STARLIGHT

The honeycomb core of the Starlight range of panels is manufactured using a patented thermoforming application that shapes a 3D truncated cone shaped cell. These cells have an aesthetic often described as having the shape of a flower or a star.

Available with cores manufactured in SAN (Styrene-Acrylo-Nitrile) or polycarbonate (depending on the rigidity and application load required by a given project) with acrylic facings in an array of finishes and colours.

Variants of the Starlight family have been designed for fire resistance or UV protection (Starlight Plus), as flooring (Starlight Floor), or as thicker panels (34 mm) where even greater structural strength is required (Starlight Maxi).

LIGHTBEN

An ultra light composite panel produced by bonding a core of polycarbonate transparent or coloured cylinders to PETG, polycarbonate or acrylic facings in a variety of colours and finishes.

Lightben's tubular core structure creates directionally transparent panels, with greater levels of privacy being achieved as the angle of vision becomes more oblique. Available as thinner panels (Lightben Mini), or with varying cell size cores (standard cells are 7 mm diameter, also available in 12 mm diameters (Lightben Big) or with the innovative random radii cell option (Lightben Kaos)).

HEXABEN

Another ultra-light composite panel composed of an aluminium honeycomb core bonded to PETG, polycarbonate or acrylic facings. As you will be growing to expect, various finishes and colours are available with these intriguing panels as well.

Panel thickness

Panels are available in a range of thicknesses depending on the panel type chosen:

• Starlight panels: 19/21 mm and 34/36 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm and 60 mm options are available
• Lightben panels: 11 mm, 19 mm and 21 mm options are available
• Hexaben panels: 19 mm and 21 mm options are available

Note: Not all thicknesses referred to above are available in all colours and finishes.

Custom options

Starlight panels can be edged (where the exposed core is filled with the same resin as the facings) or thermoformed where the bending radius does not exceed 25 times the thickness of the panel.
